- After every shipment we complete, we follow up with a short rating request — the strongest responses become the reviews you see here. Some of the reviews on this page were also originally left for us on Google.
- Are these reviews verified?
- Yes. Every review here is tied to an actual shipment we handled or a Google review left by a real customer. We don't write or paraphrase customer feedback — what you see is what was submitted.
- How recent are the reviews?
- The date below each review reflects when the customer actually submitted their feedback (not when it was added to this page). We continuously collect new reviews via our post-delivery follow-up process.
