He leads engineering and built the company's platform: online quoting and booking, shipment tracking, the free freight tools, and Allison, the AI freight agent that answers Freight Sidekick's phone and website chat at any hour. His work centers on putting AI to real use in freight: giving a shipper an accurate price in minutes, whether they call, chat, or ask an AI assistant, while a person still follows every load.
