What to put in your email
A price depends on the lane, the freight and what each address is like. An email that covers all three is priced in one reply.
Leave out what you don't know. For LTL, Allison asks about each address before she prices it, so a missing answer costs a reply, not a wrong price.
A document works too. Allison reads PDFs, JPEG and PNG photos, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files.

Another pallet, a liftgate at delivery or a new date: reply in the same thread and the quote is updated.

A request from a customer or a supplier can come straight to us. Forward the email, add a line on top for anything it leaves out, and Allison reads the whole thread.
