Freight rarely moves through one person. There's whoever books the loads, whoever approves the spend, and whoever just needs to check where a shipment is. Team access puts all of them on the same account instead of sharing a login or spinning up separate ones that never stay in sync.

Everyone works under your company's account, and each teammate's access is set by their role — so the person tracking a delivery isn't a click away from your billing details, and your account owner isn't the bottleneck for every quote.

Frequently asked questions

How do I invite a teammate?
From your account settings, an Admin or Manager invites someone by email. They receive an activation link, set up their own login, and join your account with the role you chose. No shared passwords, no separate accounts to reconcile.
Can I limit what a teammate can see or do?
Yes — that's what roles are for. Contributors can quote, book, and track but can't touch users or billing. Managers can run the team but not the account's billing. Only Admins manage billing and account settings. If you need finer control than the three roles give, we can build it (see below).
Is there a limit on how many people I can add?
Invite the teammates who need access to your account. If your team is large or needs a specific structure — departments, multiple sites, approval chains — tell us and we'll set it up for you.
Can we get custom roles or approval rules?
Yes. The three standard roles cover most teams, but the permission model isn't fixed. Need view-only access, approval gates before a booking goes out, per-site budgets, or department groups? If you're shipping with us, we build the controls around how your team actually works.
