Freight Quote From a Document or Image

Drop in your order document. We read the shipment off it and come back with a rate.

Drop a PO, BOL, load sheet, or email screenshot

Drag and drop, or browse your files

PDF, image (JPG/PNG/WebP/GIF), Word (.docx), or Excel (.xlsx) — up to 4 MB. Paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V.

How it works

  1. Upload the document — anything with the shipment on it: a PO, bill of lading, packing list, order confirmation, or a photo of a printed sheet. PDF, image, Word, or Excel. One document per quote.
  2. Finish it in the chat — Allison reads the shipment off the page, tells you what she got, and asks for anything missing. Correct a number by saying so. Your document stays open beside her.
  3. Get the rate — the same LTL, partial, and truckload engine as the full quote form. Book from the rate cards, or save the quote with an email.

What the document has to show

A usable upload names two cities (or zips), a ship date or window, and at least one freight line with quantity, packaging, and weight. Dimensions help LTL class and trailer space; a missing class is estimated from density when the size is there. Temperature, liftgate, and inside-delivery notes are picked up when the document states them.

Weight is the number documents get wrong most often. A PO total for the shipment is not the per-unit weight the rate engine needs, which is why Allison confirms it with you before she quotes — a 2,000 lb pallet taken as 2,000 lb each on four pallets prices a different load.

Nothing is booked from the upload alone. Allison quotes it in the conversation, and you save with an email if you want the quote kept. The file stays in a private bucket and is read only to pull out the shipment.

Document quote FAQs

What documents can I upload?
PDFs, photos or screenshots, Word, and Excel. One document per quote.
What if the document is missing details?
Allison asks for what's missing in the chat, the same way she'd quote a shipment you describe to her.
What if it reads something wrong?
Tell Allison. She reads back what she got from the document before she quotes, and a correction in the chat is all it takes. Per-unit weight is the one worth checking — documents often state a shipment total.
Can I get a real, bookable rate?
Yes. Live LTL, partial, and truckload rates, same engine as the full quote flow.
Do you keep my document?
It's stored privately and read by our AI provider only to pull out the shipment details. Never public, never sold, never shared beyond that.
Do I need an account?
No. Without one you get three document reads a day; sign in for a much higher limit. You'll need an email only to save the quote.
Is it free?
Yes. It's free to use, and you don't need an account to try it.
