There are no subscription or other fees of any kind to setup your account. All fees are included in the price quoted for each shipment.

You can pay your freight invoices through any of the following methods:

  • Billing Account
  • Credit Card
  • ACH
  • Bank Wire

*Billing accounts are subject to the internal credit approval guidelines of our logistics providers. Billing account eligibility, credit line, and terms vary by provider, and their respective credit policies and risk tolerance levels.

Invite your team

Invite anyone you want to be able to get quotes and book freight on your account.

You can have unlimited users! Invite everyone you want to be able to book shipments under your account.
Login, navigate to your settings, and select manage users.

Get instant rates

Depending on the freight and traffic lane, some quotes are generated automatically, while others can take up to several minutes.

Great question! Each quote you receive will be clearly marked with either a spot estimate or price guarantee label. Either way, once you book your order, the price is locked in.
Truckload and partial quotes are very often negotiable depending upon spot capacity, driver availability and seasonal demand. We have a price-match tool built right into your booking options!

Track progress

Every shipment is followed by our proprietary tracking chatbot. It constantly stays in communication with drivers, it can predict delays, and get our attention if there is an issue.

Usually a driver's location and status is updated once every 4 hours.
Easy! Just login to your account and select the shipment you want to track. You can also configure email notifications for certain events, such as pickup and delivery.

E-sign Delivery Receipt

You'll get a signed delivery receipt at the moment of delivery.

Our contactless e-sign enables shippers, receivers, and carriers to release and accept goods digitally. All delivery receipts provided through the platform are electronic signatures.
Electronic delivery receipts are the default option but physical copies can also be provided.
