Pitch or similar materials reclaimed rubber compound or asphalt combined with rubber and inorganic materials with adhesive backing protected by paper in sheet form or in shapes cut from sheet, not bent, in packages, having a density in pounds per cubic foot of 35 or greater, Density must be shown by shipper on shipping orders and bills of lading at time of shipment. If density is not shown and shipment is inadvertently accepted, classes will initially be assessed under the provisions of item 103300, naming 'Sound Deadening Material, NOI.' Upon satisfactory proof of actual density, classes will be adjusted accordingly.
