NOI, liquid (liquid blends of alcohol and petroleum or tar products; alcohol, castor oil and nitromethane; or of tar products with or without petroleum products), not required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to bear a Hazard Class or Hazard Division label or placard. Applies only on motor fuels with an alcohol or tar content of 50 percent or more. Motor fuels with a petroleum content of 50 percent or more are classified per item 155250. Does not apply on materials regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as hazardous and required to bear a Hazard Class or Hazard Division label or placard.
