NOTES
Household, applies on racks that are designed to be attached to and hang from a bathroom shower arm for the purpose of storing shampoo, hair conditioners, soap, wash cloths, sponges, scrub brushes or similar toilet articles, in boxes having a density of 9 pounds or greater per cubic foot, density must be shown by shipper on the shipping order and bill of lading at time of shipment. If density is not shown and shipment is inadvertently accepted, charges will initially be assessed under the NOI provisions per item 164390. Upon satisfactory proof of actual density, freight charges will be adjusted accordingly.
